With over 35 years of experience, 2nd generation Visual Artist Sean Starr and Master Gilder has been creating original art and providing gilding, decorative painting, custom mirrors, restorations, and sign painting services to other artists, architects, interior designers, collectors, sacred spaces and business owners throughout the United States and abroad.

His work has been featured in the documentary film and book "Sign Painters" as well as on the Discovery Channel, Robb Report, Juxtapoz, Art Forum, Dallas Observer, Houston Press, Fort Worth Magazine, and Cavallino Magazine to name just a few. Sean Starr is the host of the documentary film “Art is Love: Nepal.”

The studio’s clients have included Sony Music, NBC Television, The GAP, Starbucks, Indian Motorcycle as well as Reese Witherspoon, Fleetwood Mac's Lindsay Buckingham, and the bands The Cranberries and The Toadies and some of the top car collectors in the United States.

Sean Starr’s original artwork has been displayed in dozens of exhibitions at galleries and institutions in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Napa Valley, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Antonio and Ireland.

Centrally located in Texas, the studio works regularly with clients in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, the Houston area and the Texas Hill Country, as well as with clients all over the United States and have executed projects as far away as Ireland and Nepal.
